In addition to traditional art, I’m excited to be a part of the new and expanding world of Virtual Reality.
At the moment, I use it mostly for paleontology and showing its applications at conferences such as the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology and Geological Society of America. When Augmented Reality is applied to these research posters, it allows academics and students to move around the fossil as long as the “image target” is in view.
